She works with businesses to prevent and fix the disruptive behaviors in the workplace that get in the way of effective employee performance. Tammy’s success lies in her relatability with clients and unique way of tailoring her approach based on their distinct style.
Tammy provides managers within businesses training and coaching support to improve their leadership effectiveness in the areas of performance management, on-boarding, change management, and team effectiveness. Tammy also provides coaching and training development for individuals in support of their professional, family, or individual effectiveness. Tammy even created her own “Coachability Development Assessment” used as a foundation for many coaching engagements. It evaluates how favorably a person responds to feedback and effectively acts on it. This aids the individual development process by opening-up the receptivity and active-listening needed for accelerated development.
Tammy’s passion for other’s success comes from her own personal experiences as well as an over 20-year career in roles such as Management Consultant with PRADCO, a prominent local consulting firm, and the Director of Professional Development and Education at The Jewish Federation of Cleveland. Tammy’s professional career also includes advisory roles at Kaiser Permanente, Key Bank, Matrix Essentials (a subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb & subsequently L’Oreal), Charter One Bank, and Kistner Concrete Products, Inc. Tammy has worked as a volunteer coach for Cleveland’s Dress for Success program and a Registered Adult Staff Volunteer as the Executive Officer for the Young Marines Unit in Mentor, Ohio.
Tammy holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the State University of New York at Buffalo, with concentrations in Human Resources and Accounting.
Tammy developed a Coachability Development Assessment™ used to accelerate her client’s effectiveness. She utilizes an array of certifications like the DiSC behavioral styles, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and various 360-degree feedback tools to produce effective action plans for her clients.
